LSI offers an airport transfer service for students arriving at our Auckland and Christchurch schools. One of our representatives will be waiting in the Arrivals Hall, with the Student's name displayed on a board. You need to clear Customs with your baggage, and look for your name. As Auckland Airport is busier, there is an allocated area for students to meet their Aiport Pick-up people. It is at the back of the Arrivals Hall.

If you wish to book a transfer we need the following information:

• Your Flight Number
• Your Flight arrival time
• The date of your arrival in NZ (NB: +1 on your ticket means you will arrive the day after)

If you arrive at the airport and cannot find your transfer person, please phone one of the following numbers:

It is important to let us know if you miss your flight, or if you are delayed, so that we can inform your host family, and rearrange your airport transfer.
